2.) Order conditions
The supply by us always takes place under the reservation that we ourselves are supplied correctly and in time. This applies in particular to missing availability of the commodity.

3.) Delivery conditions
The supply of the commodity within Germany will be done by Deutsche Post AG. Delivery time within of Germany is approx. 7 working-days. Other delivery times may be noted for some parts. Compensation in the case of nondelivery or late supply is impossible. The supply took place with delivery to the carrier. If the orderer does not accept the supply, we can withdraw from the contract after two weeks. We reserve ourselves to request compensation because of not fulfilling the contract.

4.) Terms of payment
All prices are including taxes. Currently payments can be made by money orders or paypal as pre-payment. Payment has to be done after order confirmation.

5.) Delivery rates
Delivery rates are calculated using the current price lists of Deutsche Post AG depending on weight and type of delivery. There is no minimum order quantity.

6.) Returns guarantee
Our 2 weeks returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 2 weeks of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. We will not accept any delivery or return where the delivery costs hav not been fully paid.

7.) Retention of title
Up to the complete payment of all items we reserve ourselves the ownership of the supplied goods.

8.) Data security
Personal data entered on NEODYME-MAGNETE websites or given to us in any other form are stored only to handle the contracts. We will never give others access to these data according to the Bndesdatenschutzgesetz.

9.) Other
If one of these conditions or parts of it should not be legally effective, then all other conditions keep their validity and in place of the ineffective condition automatically a legal one becomes effective. To all legal relations of us the right of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Any change or special arrangement requires writing.

10.) Area of jurisdiction
The area of jurisdiction is the district court Bremen and is considered as expressly agreed upon. Only the law of the Federal Republic of Germany is valid.

11.) Customs
When ordering goods from NEODYME-MAGNETEN for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from NEODYME-MAGNETEN, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
